B+A recognise that not all clinical planning activity is/should be associated with facility construction/refurbishment and are consequently always anxious to support service planning/development before this necessarily results in/from a proposed capital investment.

We see services as key to all elements of successful public sector delivery and believe that these can normally continue to develop and improve without the constraints of physical accommodation dominating restrictive thinking.

In simple terms, it is our experience that buildings/fixed assets are rarely the constraints that they are perceived/presented as and that the collection of real data, a detailed review of service modelling and robust “clinical challenge” by our team can “unlock” what have been historically unhelpful beliefs.

It is our further experience that the solutions that are then unlocked frequently require considerably less or even no specific capital investment to achieve the outcomes desired.
