About Us

Welcome to B+A Healthcare Planning UK!

Our Healthcare Planning team are supporting clients to drive forward their current projects, maintaining momentum while front line staff focus on the delivery of essential services. Please heed Government advice and support the NHS by continuing to stay safe, practising social distancing and wear a mask where required.

We are back to a blended working model, combining face to face site visits with desk-based virtual working to provide an optimal balance of project delivery for our clients. During this period, we have opted to use lateral flow tests prior to making site visits at this time, to ensure as far as possible we are limiting any risks of COVID transmission.

Our team has been exploring Effective Scenario planning and has created a 3-part series considering this theme in more depth. Click here to find out more about it.

If you think we can help with Healthcare planning, Elective Care Recovery planning, Strategic Health planning or for more general Health and Social care consultancy support, please have a look around our site and get in touch to discuss our approach on projects in Scotland, around the UK and Internationally.
